Q: What is your cancellation policy?
This office requires 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your new patient or initial visit and 24-hour notice if you cannot keep your follow-up or routine visit. If you miss an appointment or fail to give sufficient notice, you will be charged $25.00 for that missed appointment. This payment will be debted from the credit card you have on file.
